Those who thought Holly Willoughby's bubbly exterior and Cheshire cat grin were just put on for the cameras would be wrong:
she arrives at this exclusive photo shoot with exactly the same energetic gusto she has on Holly and Stephen's Saturday Showdown - formerly Ministry of Mayhem - and is soon giggling and chatting away with the crew.
It's easy to see why she's so popular on the early morning gunge fest, with her infectious laugh and down-to-earth demeanor - and let's face it, she's clearly a game girl to juggle a tray of drinks while wearing a pair of roller skates! She's also just as happy off-screen, although it's a subject she prefers not to discuss, with her TV producer boyfriend.
Here Holly, 25, talks celebrity crushes, the hazards of working with children and why she's always got some baby wipes handy..
No one likes getting up early on a Saturday morning. Does it get a bit tiresome?
It's only one morning a week so it's not so bad. It's filmed in Maidstone and we stay five minuets away the night before so I don't have to get up that early. It does kill off a Friday night quite drastically, but it's not that bad.
You're very brave working with children. How do you get them to behave themselves?
I think sometimes kids are better behaved than adults. They say never work with children or animals but I'm not so sure. The kids are really pleased to be there so they tend to genuinely enjoy themselves. Whereas when you work with adults they sometimes want to be somewhere else, but if you put a kid in front of a camera it's their ultimate chance to show off.
Have you ever had any incidents on set?
There was one child who got a bit excited and threw up outside my dressing room. I walked out of the room and nearly slipped up in it. Apart from that the kids are quite tame. It wasn't very nice, though, at seven o'clock in the morning but you can't blame a kid for being a bit over-excited.
You have a lot of celebrity guests - how on earth do you get them to agree to take part in all the gunge games?
I think because it's a children's show they feel quite safe and know we're not going to stitch them up. You can play and it's a chance to let the mask slip and to be less serious and enjoy themselves.
Have you ever interviewed anyone you've had a crush on?
I remember having a massive crush on all of McFly and still do a little bit because they are so cute. Harry used to be my favorite, but now I think Danny is looking quite cute. He's looking quite rock and roll so I quite like him. He's getting much prettier the bigger he gets.
You do have a tendency to flirt with some of your guests...
I flirt outrageously. When we're linking to an advert break I'm always like: 'Right boys! To my dressing room and then we'll go to a break.' So you can get away with murder. If I did that on an adult show everyone would think I was being serious but everyone knows it's just fun.
Has anyone flirted back?
Not overtly. I'm still waiting for my Fearne Cotton/Robbie Williams moment. Although I'm a little bit put off Robbie after the Take That interview. I think probably my ideal man is Rupert Penry-Jones from Spooks. In a dream world he would be my ideal man. He's lovely.
How does your boyfriend feel about you flirting outrageously with celebrities?
He works in TV and he's absolutely cool. He's been there longer than I have. He's worked with presenters and knows what the deal is so he's brilliant.
You get covered from head to toe in gunge some mornings - how do you clean up during the ad break?
Very, very strong waterproof mascara and lots of baby wipes. It's very rare I end up looking back to normal.
Have you ever sworn live on the show?
No, and there's a really good reason. I would never swear in front of my parents. And my mum would be so upset if I ever did, so I don't. It's as simple as that. Obviously everyone knows about when my boob fell out, though.
Was that embarrassing?
Now I look back and it's funny. I feel part of this elite club of girls who's boobs fall out. I think I'd be disappointed if it hadn't. I learned a very good lesson that day and that's to wear a very sturdy bra. Actually quite a few people bought me bras after that, so I managed to get a nice lot of underwear.
Tell us about your new ITV1 show, Dancing On Ice...
That's very exciting. There's a team of celebrities and they'll be split into two groups and one will be mentored by Jane Torvill and the other by Christopher Dean and they will be trained to become ice dancers. The celebrities team up with a professional ice skater and they will dance every Saturday night and compete for a place the next week. I'll have to brush up on my ice-skating skills. I haven't been on the ice since I was about ten!
